At Fazenda, a Brazilian restaurant in London, a wine fridge wall unit is set into the carved wooden panelling in the dining room. Revelation and Royale provide the aged wines, whilst a champagne fridge supplies the sparkling wines, next to the carving counter where the meal is prepared. Integrated into the décor rather than tucked away in a storeroom, the display places the wine in full view of the diners, at the heart of the experience.
