France
In France, the Modulorack system stores fine wines in their original cases. On its sliding shelves, the Pauillac cases — including a Grand-Puy-Lacoste, recognisable by its coat of arms — are lined up in tight rows, ready to slide out of the shelving in a single movement. The close-up framing of the photograph highlights the architecture of the space: the wooden cases become display elements in their own right, whilst remaining immediately accessible.
