The Isrotel, Israel
In the tasting room of an Isrotel hotel in Israel, the wine is presented in two different ways. On the wall, bottles laid horizontally on individual stands form a regular pattern; below, the Modulorack storage system holds cases from Israeli estates — Teperberg, Gamla, Galil, Recanati — in their original wooden crates. A Pure wine fridge glass-fronted unit completes the display. Around the long oak table and beneath the pendant lights, everything is geared towards wine tasting.
