At the Waterproef restaurant in Scheveningen (The Hague), the wine cellar brings the wine list within easy reach. On either side of a high table, Modulosteel shelving runs up the walls, complemented by Modulorack crates at the bottom. Open to diners, the room gives the selection — over a thousand bottles — a physical presence, allowing guests to choose their wine on the spot.
