In the Netherlands, Kita has set its table at the heart of its cellar. The Modulosteel modules line the walls from floor to ceiling and frame the room; below, a run of Pure wine fridges makes it possible to age, decant or chill depending on the wines. At the centre, a long table of wood and resin brings guests together between the rows. The tasting takes place where the bottles rest.
