In Aix-les-Bains, two Pure wine fridges are brought together in a black unit set in the corner of the dining room, topped with a backlit brass band. Versatile, they can age, decant or chill depending on the wines, each with its own setting. The volume stands there as a piece of furniture in its own right, between the long table and the passage, within reach of service.
