At La Cheneaudière, an Alsatian Relais & Châteaux establishment, the cellar doubles as a wine library. Beneath an oak vault, the Revelation wine fridges oversee the ageing process on one side and showcase the bottles in their amber glow, whilst Modulosteel shelving runs along the other; in the centre, a display stand highlights a selection of large-format bottles. Open to guests, the cellar serves as both a stop on the gastronomic tour and a storage area. Design: architect JP Marc and Projart.
