In Sweden, a wine tasting cellar plays on contrasts: a black-and-white chequered floor and a raw concrete ceiling. On the walls, Modulosteel shelving units wrap around the room, holding the bottles right up to the ceiling, backlit. In the centre, a solid wood table and chairs bring people together for the tasting. The design of the space transforms the cellar into a reception area in its own right, without compromising its storage capacity.
