At the Caserne Sarde in Haute-Savoie, the back bar combines storage and service in a single unit. The La Première wine fridges keep the bottles at the right temperature, whilst the neighbouring Wine Bar units store opened bottles under vacuum for serving by the glass. Set within a wooden surround with a chalet-style feel, the system allows guests to choose their wine by the glass without leaving the bar, keeping them close to the staff.
