Sinta Bar Haifa, Israel

At the Sinta Bar in Haifa, Israel, wine by the glass is served using two Wine Bar 2.0 units — meaning up to sixteen bottles can be open at the same time. Each wine remains visible behind the glass, kept at its serving temperature and vacuum-sealed once opened: this ensures that customers are served wine by the glass at the ideal tasting temperature and perfectly protected from oxidation. Recessed into the veined marble bar, beneath the arches and brass fittings of the room, the units display the selection at eye level, where the sommelier’s advice comes into play. Interior design by insideout-studio.
